Gryphon Technical Support PolicyIn an effort to ensure that every customer has access to technical support for Gryphon software, and recognizing that no two law firms are the same and that every firm requires a different level of tech support, Gryphon Legal Software, Inc. offers a pay-per-use technical support policy. This is designed to offer firms the flexibility they require. Technical support for the Gryphon software is provided at $70 per hour, with a ½ hour minimum. Credit card information will be required at the outset of technical support calls. Firms who wish to pay by other means, such as by check, will need to secure payment with valid credit card information. Technical support includes all forms of assistance. This includes training, installation, trouble-shooting, data issues, “what-if” and “how-to” inquiries. We encourage every user to first consult the on-line documentation before requesting help.
